"Settecento anni, e le vicissitudini di uno stemma"
Judging by the handwriting, this unpublished essay may be one of his later works. He does not seem to have typed a fair copy, but that may be because the work contains little that is new and is a compilation of many things he had already written or found elsewhere. It does show his single-minded purpose in this aspect of his life and interests: that of writing the definitive work on the Monferrato Paleologo family.
The coat of arms discussed in the essay, drawn for Giorgio by a friend.
The essay is written in ballpoint pen on sheets of A4 typing paper, with corrections in black and red felt tip pen. It is reproduced without comment.
